What to expect:


  • Support the plant manager in all administrative and organizational tasks (scheduling, meeting preparation, Outlook)
  • General administrative and organizational tasks (fleet management, reception, visitor reception, etc.)
  • Creation and preparation of presentations
  • Independent evaluation and updating of key figures
  • Competent contact person for employees and support in administrative tasks, such as travel planning
  • Interface to various departments

What you bring:


  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
  • Professional experience in the assistant area is an advantage
  • Careful, independent, trustworthy, and reliable way of working as well as teamwork
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
