- Act as the main point of contact between Boldt and owners, architects, and engineers for construction activities.
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate the work of field employees, subcontractors, and trade partners.
- Develop and lead teams to ensure work adherence to specifications, schedules, codes, and client expectations.
- Maintain communication with estimating and project management teams to ensure project alignment and resolve any issues promptly.
- Participate in safety programs, foster a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Identify budget challenges and collaborate on solutions to control costs effectively.
- Provide leadership on-site, manage field operations, and mentor team members for project success.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive industry experience with a focus on construction technology, methods, and supervision.
- Proficiency in construction scheduling, cost control, and managing large teams.
- Ability to innovate construction techniques and share knowledge for project improvement.
- Familiarity with craft jurisdiction and collective bargaining agreements.
- Knowledge of various building systems and structures.
- Leadership skills, calm under pressure, and OSHA 30 certification preferred.
