educator / social worker / child care worker

Your responsibilities

  • Caring for girls (ages) and supporting their individual development
  • Participating in and structuring daily activities
  • Providing individual academic support
  • Assisting with household tasks
  • Organizing leisure activities
  • Ensuring and implementing care planning and documentation

Your qualifications

  • A state-recognized education as an educator, child care worker, or social worker
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Teamwork, patience, and resilience
  • An open-minded, positive attitude towards life and a passion for working with young people
  • Availability for shift work, including at least one night shift per week and working on weekends or holidays
  • A valid driver's license (Class B)
