Your responsibilities:

  • Operating and adjusting various machines according to specified manufacturing and process parameters for Colt, AR
  • Ensuring the preparation, testing, storage, and quality of operating and production equipment, as well as manufactured products, according to specified test plans
  • Maintaining a smooth production process and ensuring quality at product release
  • Coordinating and instructing assigned employees

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training in the production field or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in a production environment
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • High level of reliability, commitment, and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in English
