We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to manage our Dental Front Office.

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our company.

You should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions of the office manager and respect dental office regulations.

Our Front Desk Associate's duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit our Dental Office.


To be successful as a Front Desk Associate, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

Ultimately, a Front Desk Associate's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct guests to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Make 50 to 100 phone calls for making appointments.
  • Maintaining and filling up the schedule.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Perform other clerical Front Desk Associate duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Verify Insurances, if needed.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Associate, Front Office Representative or similar role in a Dental Office
  • Proficiency in EagleSoft Patient Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Handson experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent verbal and inter personal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
