Location: 100% On-Site in our Syosset, NY Headquarters

Mandatory Training:
There will be one week of paid training outside of NYC area

Role Summary:

Intelli-Tec Security Services, the leader in high-quality custom security solutions, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Pay Range:
$20.00 per hour - $24.00 per hour based on education and experience

Responsibilities:

Gather and sort invoices and checks
Prepares and enters financial transactions in internal data bases
Issue customer statements, invoices, or notices as needed
Assist with reports and records
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Billing out invoices for installation and service in ABM
Posting job cost labor to installation projects
Collaborate with management to identify issues attributing to account delinquency and propose solutions
Assist with Accounting tasks as needed, supporting the other members of the Accounting Department

Basic Qualifications:

Associate's Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years' experience in a professional support role or equivalent military experience
Bachelor's Degree

Covid-19 Requirements:

Must be fully vaccinated: 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 doze of Johnson & Johnson, 2 weeks prior or more
