- Build and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors and in-house labor.
- Review work scopes for quality assurance and client retention.
- Communicate daily with Facility Solutions Managers to address any urgent issues.
- Recommend IC work assignments and ensure compliance with client standards.
- Handle inspections, customer complaints, and new client starts.
- Implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, approved equipment use, and procedures.
- Perform other necessary duties.
- High school diploma.
- Industry experience is a plus.
- Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative mindset for process improvement.
- CRM experience is preferred.
- Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
