  • Compare changes in ISO standards with established processes and adapt them in coordination with the responsible program manager
  • Communicative interface between internal program managers and the accreditation body
  • Maintenance and further development of the quality management system, especially the QMH with its associated instructions and visualizations
  • Coordination and monitoring of complaint management
  • Contact person for international local offices
  • Participation in internal quality management information service
  • Preparation and implementation of quality management trainings
