OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:


Temporary Part-Time Inventory Clerk Inventory Clerk Personnel are responsible for phone support, clerical and order processing support to ensure the efficient operation of various functions including but not limited to aftermarket orders.

Tasks will be related to organization and communication, and must be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the company values and operating philosophy.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Answering the telephone, directing and/or screening calls, taking, and relaying messages. Ensures all customers are taken care of promptly and in a sincere manner.
  • Processing aftermarket orders from customers.
  • Customer Communication
  • Vendor Communication
  • Process purchase orders to vendors.
  • Ship and receive aftermarket orders physically and virtually
  • All other administrative or general office support related to duties as assigned.

Requirements:


QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience):


  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional business environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Have the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Reliable, selfstarter with strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high volume, high quality work in an expedient and efficient manner.
  • Preferred but not required, familiar with Odoo ERP system.
