Job summary

The Director, Customer Partnerships for Tennessee plays a pivotal role in collaborating with CENTEGIX customers. As the critical link between CENTEGIX and our customers, you are deeply passionate about delivering successful outcomes and driving customer success.

You own and drive the customer journey for your portfolio, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, engagement, and optimal utilization of the CENTEGIX Safety Platform.


Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with Safety Platform customers in the region.
  • Evaluate trends to find opportunities and think critically to develop compelling action plans.
