- Taking customer orders
- Technical questions and helping with a solution
- Redirecting phone calls to others
- Using part diagrams to identify parts for customer needs
- Data entry
- Updating the product information into internal system
- Entering orders into M
- Office parts inventory
- Watching stock and placing restocking orders
