What can you expect?

  • You will design and adapt our client program based on M365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and MS Office 2021
  • You will ensure software distribution and the ticket system (Deskcenter)
  • You will support in the administration of M365
  • You will assist our employees in second level support for questions and problems (troubleshooting of client issues, Windows 10/11 and Office 2021)
  • You will coordinate needs and progress of developments and adjustments with the specialist departments
