We are a family-owned company located in northern Saarland, with a presence both nationally and internationally. Our own brand, "Stiefel," is well-known for its supplements and care products for horses.

Your responsibilities:

Receiving and processing customer orders
Organizing deliveries and freight shipments
Handling customer complaints
Providing telephone support and information on our entire product range
Conducting qualified sales conversations over the phone
General office tasks
Assisting in product development

Your profile:

Equestrian expertise and experience with and passion for horses and dogs
Completed commercial training with relevant work experience
Professional and friendly interaction with customers
Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
Structured work style with high quality standards
Resilience
Team spirit, selforganization, and strong communication skills
Excellent written and verbal English skills
