We are a family-owned company with over 130 years of tradition and see ourselves as a partner of the shoe retail trade. In addition to wholesale, we also operate our own shoe stores.

We are currently looking for a:

Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Inside Sales

Full-time

If you love shoes and fashion, enjoy working in sales, and are committed to fashionable, high-selling collections and shared success, then we are looking for you.

Your responsibilities:

Processing customer inquiries by
- Entering orders and
- Creating and processing invoices and credit notes
- Cancelling orders
- Preparing and following up on complaints
- Informing customers about delivery backlogs and dates
- Tracking packages
Supporting the field sales team in customer care (mainly export)
Internal contact for the B2B shop and maintenance of the backend
Performing write-offs
