Customer Service Representative
General Security, Inc., one of the nation's leading security companies, is seeking
Responsibilities to include:
- Handling calls, answer and direct inquiries in a timely and customercentric manner with consideration for the company's efficiency, productivity, and profitability guidelines
- Handling various types of customer inquiries
- Proactive service calling
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Scheduling customers appointments
- Working on special projects as needed
- Make outbound calls to customers, vendors and service techs
- Scan files and attach to customer accounts
- Handle new and current customer calls, using professional tone and exceptional judgment
- Provide basic information about products and services
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years proven success
- Excellent phone and customer relationship skills
- Working knowledge of computers and comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and building both internal, and external relationships; good team player
- A selfstarter and results oriented with the ability to see multiple tasks through to completion
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Calm demeanor
- Bilingual a major plus
- Strong Work Ethic (Punctual, on time, attendance, dependability, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation
Hours (Monday to Friday)
Call center experience preferred but we are open to individuals with the right attitude who are willing to work hard to learn what it takes to provide excellent customer service.
Job Types:

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
