About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled EH&S Manager to join our Operations team.

The EH&S Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization.

In this job, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and the communities in which we operate.

This position reports directly to the Sr. Vice President of Operations.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies and procedures in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations as well as industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement and develop and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Operations teams to promote a strong culture of safety, including training programs, safety meetings, and communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate EH&S considerations into operational planning and decisionmaking processes.
  • Manage incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis and the development of preventative measures to mitigate future risks.
  • Stay informed about emerging EH&S trends, technologies, and regulatory developments, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EH&S activities, including regulatory reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in EH&S management, preferably in preferably in warehouse and manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and relevant industryspecific requirements.
  • Experience with metal plating processes is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing EH&S programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve EH&S goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM are a plus.

$100, $120,000.00 per year
