Responsibilities:


  • Organize and maintain all dealership files and documents,
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork
  • File documents in designated areas and update systems as needed
  • Assist other departments with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping
  • Retrieve files and documents as needed for dealership staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information
  • Monitor and track use of files and request replacements when necessary
  • Coordinate and Organize to ensure consistent file maintenance across all departments
  • Adhere to BMW of North Haven's policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 12 years of experience in an administrative or file clerk position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry a plus, but not required
