- Brand Development:

- Execute national marketing strategies to support brand growth and revenue.
- Develop branding and positioning strategies for both new and existing products.
- Supervise creative elements supporting brand strategies.
- Market Development:
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor advertising trends.
- Provide strategic input to EDCO's business plan.
- Develop media strategies and manage internal messaging.
- Cultivate partnerships for positive business outcomes.
- Lead market research efforts and social media strategies.
- Represent EDCO at industry and consumer events.
- Employee Development:
- Manage Lead Generation Specialist and Marketing Communications Specialist.
- Coach colleagues and educate the organization on marketing principles.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

- Experience with lead generation and purchase funnel strategies.
- Office-based role with occasional travel.
