Your tasks

You are the first point of contact for users of the applications for rental cars and campers, as well as for national and international rental companies and distribution partners, regarding functional and content-related questions about data input/delivery
You demand and promote continuous exchange, especially with the product departments, other departments of the FTI Group, development teams, and external partners to identify new requirements and improvement potentials for the applications in the wheel product area
As a result, you define and communicate measures to ensure functionality and further development of the applications
You are responsible for analyzing and documenting the results of individual technical system developments, including testing and acceptance
Initiating and monitoring escalations independently is a matter of course for you
Working in an international environment with team members from different locations is enjoyable for you
