Manage and develop the accounting team
Coordinate all accounting processes
Prepare and coordinate timely completion of monthly and annual financial statements
Manage liquidity and payment transactions
Serve as a contact person for banks, auditors, tax consultants, and authorities
Work closely with crossfunctional interfaces
Optimize and digitalize processes and structures
Manage special topics and projects and coordinate their implementation

# Qualifications

Commercial education and successful completion of further training as a certified accountant
Several years of professional experience in the finance sector (e.g. financial statements, auditing)
Enthusiasm for developing employees
Results and problemsolving oriented work style
High level of responsibility and strong communication skills
Strong IT affinity and digitalization competence
Fast, independent, and thorough work style
