    Specialty1 seeks an Oral Surgeon to take on the needs of a high potential practice in Boston. This is a perfect opportunity for any Oral Surgeon who is interested in joining an established company with a strong team of referring doctors and rapidly growing practices. Specialty1 isn't your traditional DSO model by allowing our owners to still run their practices as they see fit and giving doctors complete clinical autonomy. Specialty1 handles all non-clinical tasks, so our doctors can focus entirely on patient care.

    Requirements:

    The doctor needs a DDS or DMD degree and is certified in Oral Surgery from ADA-accredited programs and a license in Massachusetts.

    Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer. Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice. Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients. Non-clinical employees include the office manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff providing administrative duties.
