Overview:
Duties:
- Process monthly commissions to prepare for payout to brokers and agencies.
- Analyze commissions and enrollment data and prepare reports for decisionmaking purposes.
- Develop and maintain override models to support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct cost accounting analysis to optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with various departments to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to have critical thinking and decision making
- Proficiency in Excel, webbased programs, CRMs
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
Pay:
$45, $47,000.00 per year
