- Salary Range: $105K-$135K, 15% annual director's bonus, and 2% annual increases.

- Oversee two units: A 47-bed general med-surg unit and a 26-bed cardiac med-surg unit.
- Additional Responsibilities: Manage the Float Pool and Patient Safety Attendants (PSAs).
- Team Leadership: Direct a team of approximately 80-90 staff, including 2 Managers, Clinical Nurse Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, Patient Care Techs, and Nurse Externs.
- Oversee a single unit: A 51-bed general Med/Surg unit catering to ortho, trauma, oncology, and telemetry patients.
- Team Leadership: Manage around 50-60 staff, including 1 Manager, Clinical Nurse Coordinators, RNs (including New Grads), and Patient Care Techs.
- Strategic planning, resource optimization, and performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and hospital leadership.
- Develop educational programs and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Direct quality control, performance improvement, and clinical operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred); ASN candidates with extensive experience considered.
- 5-10+ years of RN experience in Med-Surg or related units.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Required certifications: NIH Stroke Scale, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support.
- Salary: $105K-$135K, with a 15% annual director's bonus and 2% annual increases.
