Responsibilities
- Answer incoming sales enquiries and provide follow up information to the prospective client
- Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated material and assist in the development of new materials
- Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested
- Create files for upcoming group events and reservations
- Handle the processing of all reservations with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain communication with clients in advance of their reservation
- Assist in the preparation of events and meetings, as well as group room reservations
Skills:
- Proven experience in hotel sales and or hotel front desk operations
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Wellorganized and responsible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Associates Degree or certification in sales or marketing will be an asset

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
