    About the Job

    In search of a creative mind to join Yogurtland as a Product Development Specialist. If you're passionate about turning innovative ideas into successful frozen yogurt products, this role is your playground. Dive into a world of flavor and quality!

    Role Overview

    • Lead the journey of new frozen yogurt creations from the drawing board to the store shelves.
    • Run experiments, explore new trends, and keep meticulous records of your delicious findings.
    • Assist in product trials and store launches, while contributing to the development of training resources.
    • Enhance the quality and efficiency of raw materials and processes to create top-notch products.

    What You'll Do

    • Bring culinary skills to the table for crafting unique flavors.
    • Utilize technical chef expertise in product development.
    • Conduct in-depth research, design experiments, and negotiate with vendors.
    • Have a solid grasp of ingredient functionality, food safety, and shelf-life.
    • Showcase organizational prowess, excellent communication, and handle multiple projects efficiently.
    • Background in probiotics, beverages, bakery, cereals, fruits & nuts is a plus.
    • Degree in Food Science or related field, 2 years in product development, GMPs and HACCP knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
