Your role at Michael Kors:


As an Equipment Operator, you are responsible for moving material within a warehouse while adhering to campus rules and meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Other duties may include loading, unloading, palletizing, receiving, locating, picking, and packing products along with other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.

This position reports to a warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager as assigned.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following:

  • Operating the electric pallet jack and sitdown forklift in and around the campus.
  • Loads and unloads shipments, pallets, etc.
  • Maintains a clean work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Processes orders for shipment, including picking, packing, checking, and restocking.
  • Operates Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner).
  • Wraps orders on a pallet for shipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., push and or pull up to 50 lbs.

We're excited about you if you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience operating the electric pallet jack and sit-down forklift within a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Proven experience using RF scanners.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and ability to work overtime as needed. Overtime may be prior to and/or after scheduled work hours.
  • Ability to multitask and work inclusively with others.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and work well under pressure.

We'd love to see:

  • Experience using radio frequency (RF) scanners or warehouse software systems.
  • Knowledge or the ability to learn computer software systems.
