The Position

As team leader for flat assembly production, you (m/f/d) will be responsible for planning, project management, and commissioning of machines and equipment for SMT assembly lines and subsequent in-circuit tests.

You will be supported by a team of 12 employees, whom you will also lead in a disciplinary capacity. In addition, you will be involved in the introduction of new products and change management. For this, you will work closely with quality management, developers, and specialists for IT production control (MES). The main focus will be on optimizing the production process and avoiding errors. Depending on your personal skills and motivation, you may also be involved as a project manager in cross-site projects. An exciting task with great development potential.
