    Job Opportunity:
    NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a dynamic Medical Assistant / Patient Service Specialist to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

    • Customer-friendly and enthusiastic individuals
    • Supportive of front and back office functions

    Responsibilities:
    The Medical Assistant / Patient Service Specialist will be the first point of contact for patients, manage patient flow, process discharges, and deliver patient care in the urgent care setting.

    Impact:
    This role plays a vital part in ensuring optimal patient care and service delivery while upholding respect and dignity for all patients.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Completion of an approved Medical Assistant Training Program
    • Medical assistant certification preferred
