- Bachelor's Degree in medicine, life sciences, health, or related field
- Advanced degree such as Masters, Pharm.D., Ph.D., MD, JD preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs
- Leadership experience with international teams
- In-depth knowledge of global regulatory landscape, especially in oncology and biologics
