Responsibilities:
Ensuring all users are being responded to timely and in a way that meets our service standard.
Coordinating the training of all new employees and ensuring they understand our service standard.
Assisting in the development of SLAs as a part of our service standard and delivery, to maximize customer satisfaction.
Holding Tech Support reps and users accountable to the service standard.
Creating an efficient division of labor and responsibility across the team.
Providing real time feedback to teammates regarding their performance.
Working with the Director of Technical Support to evaluate resource needs.
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and logically to troubleshoot technical issues.
A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
Effective organizational skills to manage a help desk operation, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
The capacity to adapt to changing technology landscapes and business requirements.
Education and Experience
3-5 years of experience in a customer facing manager leadership role. Manurfacturing or Distribution experience preferred but not required.
