Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for technology sales.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of technology sales, including wireless products, is a plus
- Familiarity with cash registers and pointofsale (POS) systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus
Pay:
$ $100.00 per hour
