Our Story:

Co-founder and CEO, Kayvon Jahanbakhsh, was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis when he was a freshman in college. Losing over 80 pounds, he was forced to dramatically change his diet to focus on his gut health.

It's that moment when Kayvon realized how difficult it was to find products that would help him on this journey that he could enjoy.

That's where the idea for Halfday prebiotic iced tea was born - with the purpose to make digestive wellness more delicious, fun and accessible.

Kayvon enlisted the help of classmate & best-friend Mike Lombardo to develop an iced tea that tasted nostalgic, but without all of the junk.

Each can of Halfday has 8g of prebiotic fiber, with only 3g of sugar.

Now 2 years after launch, Halfday is one of the fastest growing brands in the iced tea category, was recently included in the "Top 10 Trends for 2024" article that Whole Foods Market releases each year, and has developed a cult-like following.

Responsibilities:


Act as an Ambassador of the Brand:

• Represent Halfday with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge about the product, its benefits, and its ingredients.

Conduct In-Store Sampling Interactions:

• Engage consumers effectively during scheduled instore demos.
• Provide samples of Halfday to potential customers, highlighting its gutfriendly and
  prebiotic qualities.

Adaptability in a Fast-paced Environment:

• Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Travel between Multiple Accounts:

• Flexibility to travel between multiple retailer locations as required.
• Ensure timely arrival and setup for each scheduled demo.

Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to create positive experiences for consumers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and address concerns.

Maintain a Positive Attitude:

• Maintain an upbeat demeanor while interacting with consumers.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand's values.

Problem-solving Abilities:

• Demonstrate strong problemsolving skills to address challenges that may arise during demos.

Team Player with Independence:

• Collaborate effectively with team members during demos.
• Work independently when necessary, demonstrating selfmotivation and initiative.

Flexible Availability:

• Maintain flexible availability based on market needs and event schedules. Primarily flexible with
  weekends.

Available for 2-4 demos per week

Qualifications:

• Knowledge or interest in health and wellness products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs as needed. Mainly cases of Halfday and promotional materials.
