Role Summary:


We are seeking a strategic marketer who can balance immediate marketing efforts through paid channels like Meta and Google with a long-term, diversified marketing approach.

This role requires someone who not only excels in fast-paced advertising campaigns but also has a visionary outlook to develop a robust marketing mix that reduces dependency on these platforms.


In the more immediate term, the focus will be on improving key metrics such as ROAS, MER, LTV, and AOV, while exponentially increasing revenue.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage all paid advertising efforts.
  • Operate and oversee Google Ads, Meta, and other accounts.
  • Develop and execute campaigns, including both strategic macro plans and handson tasks.
  • Scale personally, then build and lead an internal marketing team.
  • Drive the development and execution of all elements of the strategic and tactical marketing plan.

Skills Required:


  • 5+ years of experience in an agency or managing multiple ad accounts.
  • Has successfully scaled ad accounts to produce over $5 million in revenue.
  • Effectively balances an immediate approach to scaling revenue with strategic planning for longterm success.
  • Expertise in managing Meta & Google ads.
  • Ability to collaborate on creative initiatives with our internal team.
  • Experience with Klaviyo and executing marketing flows.
  • Analytical and datadriven approach.
  • SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in luxury goods marketing is a plus.

Role:

You will play a crucial role in managing, building, and executing advertising campaigns.

The position requires a proactive approach, enabling you to perform tasks directly with a small team before scaling and leading the marketing department.


Compensation:


  • Salary/Bonus

Pay:
$85, $120,000.00 per year
