    SUMMARY: As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Director of Nursing in various functions related to planning, organizing, and overseeing nursing services daily. Your role will involve managing risk assessment meetings, training programs, staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    - Manage risk management, quality improvement, and infection control meetings
    - Assist in determining staffing needs and managing on-call schedules
    - Conduct daily rounds to ensure nursing standards are met
    - Develop in-service training programs and ensure licensing requirements are met
    - Oversee reporting and compliance tasks
    - Serve as a positive role model for staff and the community
    - Handle other duties as assigned

    Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating on-call shifts

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: You will lead a team, including performance evaluations, training, and other HR-related tasks.

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
    Education and Experience: Registered Nurses must hold an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
    Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: RN licensure and additional state-required certificates/licenses.
    Blood Borne Pathogen Category: Job may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
    Other Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed.
    Physical Requirements: Medium work, occasionally involving lifting up to 50 pounds.
