- Manage the office space and oversee administrative employees, HR, and payroll functions.
- Assist the Finance Committee with billable hours and payments for trusts and entities.
- Supervise non-investment bank accounts for trusts and entities.
- Collaborate with the President on banking relationships and negotiations.
- Work with the bookkeeper on budget reports and annual audits.
- Organize Board and Officers reviews and manage insurance providers.
- Support KYC and AML processes and enhance technology security systems.
- Act as a liaison between the family and service providers.
- Provide assistance with beneficiary education initiatives.
- Serve as Secretary for committees and manage entity administration.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management.
- Project management skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic mindset and familiarity with financial principles.
