    Industry connections to bring in additional work

    Qualifications:
    Minimum 10 years experience in Traffic Analysis and Traffic Signal Design and familiarity with NJDOT, NYCDOT, and PAYNYNJ standards.

    Experience with SYNCHRO Software

    Certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) is required

    PE license in the state of NJ or NY is required or able to obtain within 12 months

    B. S. Degree in Civil Engineering is required
