BURKE+CO.THE GIST:
Our client, full-service events firm, is looking for a top-notch Registration Manager to assist the firm with world-class events for companies across the globe.
THE NITTY GRITTY:
Manage the entirety of event registration process
Draft & distribute attendee & client communications
Design & order event collateral
Develop registration website, landing pages, and platforms
Oversee hotel room block & transportation (air & ground) management
Attendee revenue and financial reconciling
Responsible for accurate data management & timely reporting
Event activity and session selection
Oversee set up & tear down of onsite registration areas
Provide top-tier customer service to clients, assist attendees with issues, and work collaboratively with event team
Manage multiple projects and events simultaneously
Travel for events
THE ESSENTIALS:
3+ years of experience in event registration management
Must have experience working for an events services agency
Ability to travel
Experience with multi-day destination hotel events, including incentive trips, meetings, and conferences
Experience with managing registration for events of a large size (200+)
Excellent data management skills
Ability to multi task and prioritize
Impeccable communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and with external parties
Positive and service-oriented approach to work
Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, & event registration platforms
Basic coding skills
THE CHERRY ON TOP:
Flexible work location - can be remote in U.S. or work out of their beautiful San Francisco office
Well-established firm with over two decades in the business
LOCATION:
Remote (U.S.) - Pacific or Mountain Time
COMPENSATION:
Base salary:
$85,000/yr - $120,000/yr + benefits + perks (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
