- Responsible for supporting the preparation of Board meeting materials and related tasks including meeting scheduling and coordination, meeting minutes, and delivery of materials to Committee members via board portal
- In partnership with divisional compensation leaders, review executive positions and survey matches
- Assist in the preparation of the annual competitive analysis executives and senior leadership
- Responsible for supporting the preparation of the CD&A (Compensation Discussion & Analysis) within the Company's annual proxy statement as well as related compensation and benefits disclosures
- Analyze proxy filings to obtain market intelligence on the practices of our competitors and assess competitiveness of executive officer compensation
- Perform comprehensive data analysis, drawing conclusions from findings and making recommendations for change
- Support company's global stock incentive, deferred compensation, and other executive related programs
- Support the development and updating of HR portal content and communications
- Prepare compensation assessments, recommendations and related analysis for the Company's broad-based and executive populations
- Assist with the completion of compensation surveys, dashboards and other ad-hoc analyses
- Support special projects including due diligence and M&A support
- All other duties as needed or assigned
- Education level: Bachelor's Degree; Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Strong results orientation and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand the business
- Advanced excel skills
- Minimum 5 years work experience in HR, compensation, finance, accounting or consulting, with at least 3 years as an analyst.
- Workday experience preferred
- Stock plan administration experience preferred
