- Support Business Development team in building client relationships.
- Work with the business development team to develop and implement an overall strategy to broaden company information skill sets and access new markets.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients; respond to their requests and work with them to resolve issues and meet their needs.
- Maintain calendar(s) to ensure client meetings are routinely scheduled.
- Schedule meetings, coordinating schedules with clients and other professionals, and confirm meetings 24 hours in advance.
- Research potential client prospects through use of public and private media (or other sources as appropriate).
