Your responsibilities:

Recording, documenting, and analyzing all production disruptions and assigning technicians to necessary repairs
Preparing and leading shift handovers
Planning and coordinating all open repair and maintenance measures in collaboration with the technical manager and production management
First point of contact for production shift leaders in case of technical problems
Costconscious procurement of technical accessories, including spare parts, and tracking delivery dates
Communicating with production regarding delivery dates of spare parts and upcoming scheduled repairs
Managing spare parts inventory (determining needs, conducting inventories and inventory management, checking incoming goods)
Creating shift schedules and vacation planning
Creating maintenance schedules
Tracking consumption and initiating measures if necessary
