Your Responsibilities

  • Production planning and control for products for the industrial/automotive industry, including scheduling, capacity planning, and detailed planning of customer orders
  • Communication with interfaces regarding changes in deadlines and quantities
  • Ensuring and monitoring delivery capability, as well as optimizing capacity utilization
  • Continuous analysis of planned vs. actual production progress and initiating necessary adjustments
  • Inventory management and maintenance of master data in the system
  • Verification of production lead times (target/actual comparison)

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a successful further education as a master or technician
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in the field of production or manufacturing planning
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with an interest in numbers
  • Independent work style with a focus on pragmatic solutions
  • First experience with ERP systems desirable
  • Structured and solution-oriented thinking and working style
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
