For one of our clients, we are looking for a full-time (part-time possible) Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join their finance team at their location in Bremerhaven.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will review, allocate and record all booking transactions in the DIAMANT accounting system and the INFOR merchandise management system.
  • You will review, process and clarify open items in the accounts payable accounting and carry out payment runs.
  • Independent processing of customer orders from entry to invoicing
  • Placing orders, coordinating delivery dates and creating delivery notes
  • Creating outgoing invoices and credit notes
  • Maintenance of master data

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting or as a financial accountant (m/f/d) and in order processing
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with DIAMANT and INFOR is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Reliability, flexibility and teamwork
  • Attention to detail, resilience and organizational skills
