*Your tasks:

You lead your specialty store to success through employee management and development, transparent communication, and your professional expertise
You are responsible for achieving goals in the specialty store and always keep an eye on the business metrics
Our customers are your top priority, and in service-oriented sales and consultation conversations, you offer individual solutions
You implement our sales routines excellently and ensure a unique customer experience with optimal processes in the specialty store
You develop your specialty store in the long term, implement local measures, and are an important contact for the ENT doctors of our customers
