    Soliant Health has partnered with a leading mail order pharmacy that specializes in sex-specific health medications for both men and women.

    This high-volume facility in Boynton Beach is one of six across the country, providing specialized care for conditions such as erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight loss, anxiety/depression, and skin care.

    They are now looking to hire a Fulfillment Pharmacist on a temp-to-hire basis.

    Contract: 3-6 months with potential for temp-to-hire


    Ideal Candidate:
    This position is ideal for pharmacists commuting from West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, or Northern Ft. Lauderdale. Candidates should have a strong background in retail or high-volume pharmacy settings.


    Shift Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday: 12:30 PM 9:00 PM
    • Every other weekend (EOW): Saturday & Sunday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (with Thursday & Friday off during weekend rotations)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and review medication orders for members
    • Partner with doctors or care team members for clinical interventions
    • Prioritize patient safety by reducing potential medication errors
    • Respond to clinical questions from members
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (doctors, engineers, product managers, etc.)
    • Improve procedures and workflow with team input
    • Provide an exceptional patient experience through creative and professional service

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a highvolume retail or closeddoor pharmacy setting (handling at least 600+ prescriptions per day)
    • Licensure: Must hold a valid Florida pharmacy license
    • Attributes: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, willing to perform all assigned duties, from dispensing to preparing shipping labels
