Exciting opportunity as a self-storage specialist at our location in New York City. This would be a full-time position at 40 hours per week.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Renting self-storage units to customers & providing a superior customer service experience.
• Ensuring merchandise display is always fully stocked and placing orders when needed.
• Following up on internet leads and reservations.
• Marketing from time to time. Targeting specific areas and handing out flyers, posting door hangers, handing out promotional discount cards, speaking with prospects about unit availability, etc.
• Making sure the facility is frequently cleaned.
• Attending to all customer needs and requests.
• Submitting requests for payment and confirming vendors provided work as agreed upon.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills.
• Salesmanship.
• Must have an intermediate working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Pay:
$23.00 per hour. This position is responsible for customer service, sales, leasing, marketing, office administration, facility maintenance and property appearance and is full-time at 40 hours per week. We offer paid holidays, paid time off, and monthly bonus potential.
