The Lexington Housing Authority is looking for a full time (40 hrs/wk) Maintenance Laborer.Applicants must be able to perform a wide range of exterior/interior maintenance of property, including minor electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, grounds maintenance, snow and ice duties and custodial duties.
Rotating on call duty. Must be professional, a team player, able to follow instructions, work independently.Salary determined by DLI wage rates, currently around $30/hour. Potential to grow within the organization.
This is a 40-hour work week with benefits including: health insurance, life insurance and retirement.
