Maintenance Manager - Elkridge, United States - Haymaker Technologies, Inc.

Description

• Create, track, follow up, and close Maintenance Contracts/Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Cellular and Public Safety wireless networks.
• Review, approve, and/or redline contract documents from property owners, property management firms, and/or end user customers.
• Manage all customer commitments and communication.
• Maintain and update all 3rd party systems (RealPage, VendorCafe, Textura, etc.).
• Create and update Certificates of Insurance (COI).
• Schedule and track all visits with RF Engineering team.
• Assist RF Engineering team with creation and delivery of postvisit documentation including system health reports.
• Coordinate and assist Accounting Department with all invoice creation, delivery, and accounts receivable.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or facility management or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in similar supervisory role within construction, maintenance, or RF/Distributed Antenna System (DAS) industry.
• A strong understanding of construction practices and organizational skills is a must.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret contract documents and technical documents.
• Ability to assist with technical documentation creation and delivery.
• Experience in construction or property management industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, with advanced Excel skills
• Have a strong work ethic and an attention to detail.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Have a clean criminal background.
• Be able to communicate well both orally and in writing.
• Be able to balance independent problem solving with a common sense understanding of when to report to Manager about any potential highrisk problems related to a job.
