We are looking for you for our location in Hamburg as of now as an HR Business Partner People & Culture (m/f/d).

  • Collaboration: You take responsibility for the People & Culture area at our operational locations in the NorthEast region and work closely with the regional HR team. In addition, you work with the HR teams of other regions and the corporate headquarters on nationwide topics and standards.
  • Talent development: Together with the corporate headquarters, you further develop the area of leadership and talent development, promote talents, and ensure career and succession planning.
  • Change management and organizational development: You are part of a nationwide team and actively drive structural and cultural changes and accompany their implementation in your region.
  • Sparring partner: You work closely
