    The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for supporting the operational efforts of multiple buildings.
    What will you get to impact in this role?
    Oversee the day to day operations of multiple communities (Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care)
    Oversee the coordination of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment and dining services departments
    Support the Vice President of Operations and Residence Directors by providing training, education and strategic coaching for each community
    Adherence with all state and federal guidelines to ensure the highest level of compliance
    Requirements
    What can you bring to the job to help you succeed?
    Demonstrated success in a leadership role including exceeding financial and operational goals
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations role for Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility environment is highly preferred
    Multi-site management in similar environment is also preferred
    The ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed, some travel to include overnight stays
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Experience with budgeting and scheduling
    Computer skills to include proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
