YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

As one of our full
- or part-time Experienced Maintenance Techs, you'll spend your days providing expert support, conducting repairs and installations, and communicating with our valued customers. Whether you're troubleshooting a complex issue or completing a routine maintenance check, you'll be making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

3+ years of experience performing plumbing and HVAC repairs and installs
Maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Any state license in plumbing and HVAC
Electrical experience
Sheetrock experience
Bilingual

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

This is a full or part-time position based in Deer Park, TX. Our typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend availability required.
